One of the three classic Boss ‘traffic light’ pedals, the DS-1 has been in continuous production since 1978. This particular pedal carries the desirable silver label, being built in Taiwan in 2008. As a result, it still used the BA728N op-amp, before the switch to surface mount technology in 2017 and to production in Malaysia. It has that great tone and is in near-mint condition, with only 1-2 small marks taking it away from being mint. It runs on a 9V battery or standard Boss PSA-type adapter (not included). It comes with a non-original Boss box and a printed copy of the manual.
