Dod death metal fx86 from 1994. I had to replace the battery door and the 9v connector. The gray tops on the knobs popped out as you can see from the pictures. It still works great and I will throw in the ac adapter so you can use it with a 9v power cord. Pedal only, no box. I have an en extra battery cover I will throw in too. Free shipping
