Description

JHS Kilt V2 – Custom Rogue Rehousing (Matte Black / Silver Knobs)Excellent condition JHS Kilt V2, professionally rehoused and modified by Rogue Rehousing.• Works perfectly • Excellent cosmetic condition • No box, manual, or power supply — pedal only • Custom matte black enclosure with white Kilt graphic • Upgraded silver knobs • Power jack relocated to the left side for tighter pedalboard spacing • Red Remote functionality converted to onboard footswitchOriginally, the Kilt V2 required an external 1/4" “Red Remote” jack to engage the fuzz mode. During the rehousing, that jack was removed and replaced with a dedicated top-mounted footswitch — allowing you to simply stomp to engage the fuzz circuit. No external cable needed. Much cleaner. Much more practical for live use. This was professionally executed — not a DIY job — and functions flawlessly.Only selling as part of a gear rotation.About the JHS Kilt V2The Kilt V2 is one of JHS’s most versatile and dynamic overdrive/fuzz hybrids, originally developed with StuG (Stu McKenzie of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard). It covers a huge range:• Low-gain, amp-like breakup • Thick, saturated overdrive • Gated, fuzz-like textures via the “Red Remote” circuit • Boost for stacking or pushing an ampExtremely touch-sensitive and highly interactive with your guitar’s volume knob, the Kilt can serve as a foundation drive, stacked gain stage, or aggressive texture machine. This custom rehoused version keeps all of the tonal flexibility of the original — while making the fuzz activation far more pedalboard-friendly and stage-ready.
