C, che rappresenta la fase più matura della produzione del Polychorus, rimanendo comunque completamente analogico e costruito negli Stati Uniti.E' un pedale capace di offrire modalità chorus, flanger, double track e filter matrix dal suono iconico e distintivo, uno dei pedali di modulazione più versatili e meglio riusciti mai prodotti. Pedale utilizzato da Kurt Cobain dei Nirvana e da numerosi altri artisti. Questo pedale è in grado di produrre innumerevoli varianti di chorus, flanger ed altre fantastiche modulazioni.
