As a best practice for safe transit, strings are slackened during shipping to reduce tension on the neck and headstock. A professional setup is typically required upon receipt to achieve optimal playability and is the responsibility of the buyer.Returns & Return Shipping: We do not accept returns on used gear unless the item arrives in a condition not in line with the description in the listing and a local repair resolution cannot be reached.
