Description

Peppermint FuzzThe Analogman Peppermint Fuzz is a high-quality, Germanium-based fuzz pedal built to reproduce the "nasty, buzzy" vintage fuzz tones of the mid-1960s. It is similar in design to a Fuzz Face but with tweaks for more flexibility, delivering a different, wilder sound than Analogman's smoother Sun Face pedal. Features and soundGermanium transistors: The pedal uses high-gain germanium transistors to produce its vintage-style, high-gain fuzz tone.Unique controls: In addition to the standard Volume and Fuzz knobs, the pedal has a Buzz knob in the center. The Buzz knob allows you to control the harshness of the fuzz sound, from a looser, warmer tone to a hard-edged, aggressive sound. For a standard Fuzz Face tone, the Buzz knob is typically set lower.Versatile range: While specialized for its buzzy, 60s garage rock sound, the Peppermint Fuzz can also be dialed back to achieve a respectable Fuzz Face-style tone.Internal trimpot: For further sound sculpting, an internal trimpot allows you to fine-tune the pedal's performance for different temperatures and tones.Dynamic response: It responds well to guitar volume control, which can be backed off to produce cool, faux-sitar sounds or sputtering, "dying battery" effects.Handmade in the USA: All Analogman Peppermint Fuzz pedals are hand-built in the USA. Power: No Power jack or LED as this is considered detrimental to the ultimate fuzz in sound and battery life (you will know when this pedal is on!!!!).As new never used. All original packaging and pamphlets included.
