While primarily a chorus effect, it can also be used as a vibrato or flanger by leveraging the chorus's structure, with three selectable modes. Mode V is a chorus/vibrato mode that uses a triangle wave (V) LFO modulation. Turning the Balance knob all the way to the right cuts the original signal, allowing for pitch vibrato. Mode C is a chorus/flanger mode that uses a sine wave (C). Its LFO modulation is warmer and slower than Mode V, and turning the "Width" knob all the way to the right adds feedback for a more pronounced flanger effect. Mode R is a chorus/rotary mode that recreates the Leslie speaker. It has been tuned to suit not only guitars but any instrument, based on research into the horn movement and phasing caused by different speeds and differences in sound output of 1940s Leslie speakers.
