The Java Boost is super quiet, unlike the originals (and most modern recreations).3-way toggle switch to vary the focused frequencies of the boost: full includes more low end and can start to get fuzzy, mid does what you’d expect (and sounds outrageous with a strat) and treble is the “classic” treble booster setting. Additional tone pot acts like a passive filter on the upper mids & high end regardless of toggle switch setting. Level goes from polite to all-out rawk 🤘🏻Such a responsive and touch sensitive pedal. Run it into a dirty or edge of breakup amp and make full use of your guitar’s volume and tone controls, and it could be the only gain pedal you need for classic rock.
