I think this Volt is intact, it might be one cable short, but you get the power supply, the power wall wart, four cables, and international plugs in a power supply box. I don't have the exterior box, and the cables and Volt have paint on them from a spill in my house, but everything works fine. The cables are all freshly tested and good, no interference from the paint. The Volt box itself has been colored in with a Sharpie that now looks like metallic sort of oil stain, but I think it's more flattering than white latex splatter. The volt has an 18v "thru" that I think is 1A, so it's a bit like an 18v 1spot. I used to daisy chain a flanger and a 535 wah with that.
