I bought it new and have purchased some extra connector cables from Voodoo Labs for the this power supply over the time I've owned it. There nothing wrong with it. It's always been very quiet and has served me well.I've purchased a supply with more outputs for the additional pedals I now have instead of trying run them separately off a One Spot.
