Up for auction is a NOS (used only by me recently to test it) 1995 Boss DS-1 distortion pedal with the 2nd generation chip (BA728N).This pedal was purchased and given as gift to my brother who due to his disabilities never got around to using it. There are no foot marks or anything else on the pedal. There is one cosmetic issue with the rubber ring around the battery compartment hole having a slight separation (does not impact functionality). Also, the original box is in very good shape except for some discoloration on the bottom. The BA728N chip is noted for its clearer sound and is more versatile than the other versions (it has a wider sweep from a lighter overdrive to a heavy distortion. It also makes a great boost in front of an over-driven hard rock tube amp to tighten up the amp (much like a TS9 or DS-1).Note: Seller will be unable to ship until the week of 10/20/25.Shipping extra outside continental US (please discuss before buying). Happy bidding😊
