Limited run variant of the JHS Super Bolt. I believe they only made 500 of these. Very cool variation on the original. Much more of a vintage "Valco" vibe about this one. Dying battery, broken amp tone at its finest. Great sounding overdrive pedal. Check out the JHS video for demo and more background info (skip to 7:30 for actual tones). Condition is excellent, but does not include the original box. There was a retailer price sticker on the back.
