    The TC Electronic Spark Booster is a versatile boost/overdrive/EQ pedal built to enhance guitar tone in multiple ways. It offers up to 26 dB of clean boost via a Level control, and includes a Gain control that can introduce light overdrive and compression. A two-band active EQ (Bass and Treble) lets users cut or boost lows and highs to tailor the sound.
    The pedal features a three-way toggle switch for choosing between Clean, Fat, and Mid modes. Clean mode provides an even boost across frequencies; Fat adds extra low-end punch; Mid boosts the midrange for greater presence in the mix. True bypass switching ensures that when the pedal is off, your signal remains unaffected.
    It runs on 9V DC (battery or adapter) and draws a modest amount of current. The controls are arranged simply (Level, Gain, Bass, Treble, plus the mode switch) and it is housed in a durable metal enclosure. The pedal is useful for boosting solos, driving amps harder, or adding tonal shaping without introducing excessive colouration.
