Classic EHX big box Big Muff. EC3003-Rev E edition. This unit has the old school 1/4 inch power jack, and is missing the screw for the battery door (it came to me like this). If the duct tape solution doesn’t suite you I probably have a screw that would work, just let me know. Fully functional, minor wear to front graphic.
