A drive pedal with an unprecedented range of expression, developed jointly by BOSS and JHS Pedals
The JB-2 Angry Driver is a collaboration model specially developed by BOSS and JHS Pedals of the United States on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the compact effect pedal in 2017.
Two circuits based on the BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver and the JHS Pedals Angry Charlie, the representative models of both companies, are mounted in a single pedal. Each has been tuned to bring out the full potential of the other.
The JB-2 has three dual-axis knobs that allow you to individually adjust the drive, tone, and level of the two sounds. It also has six modes, each of which can be used independently or in series or parallel. By blending the expressive sound of the BD-2 with the aggressive rock sound of the Angry Charlie, this drive pedal allows you to create an unprecedented range of sounds.
