This is a Boss DS-1 I modded with the Seeing Eye mod. It features upgraded components, including a red LED clipping diode that gives the distortion a more open, less compressed feel compared to the stock pedal. You can actually see the LED through the “o” in “Tone” — it lights up when you play, which is pretty cool.The tone circuit has also been tweaked to smooth out the harsh, ice-pick treble that DS-1s are known for. It still sounds like a DS-1, just the way it ought to I also swapped out the stock knobs and indicator light for something a little brighter (brightness as in intensity, not color — the LED is green).Super clean condition. Only selling because I’m working on another modded one that’s a little rougher cosmetically, and I don’t need both.Includes the original box.
