The Xotic EP Booster is a discrete FET preamp based on the input section of the legendary Maestro Echoplex 3 used by many such as Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen, and Eric Johnson. Simple controls with just one knob,It provides you with 20db of clean boost with shimmering highs and lows. Internal DIP switches let you choose the boost (3db boost at minimum) and EQ (bright switch-on for flat EQ) settings. It’s tiny enclosure is sure to fit on any cramped pedalboard and it’s boost will help you cut through the mix. The Xotic EP Booster features true bypass switching and can be powered with a regular 9 volt ac adaptor. Can be be powered up to 18 volts for more headroom.
