Great working pedal.This rare Maxon Overdrive/Distortion made in Japan sounds unbelievable and huge. Work flawlessly and very quiet, silent pots movement on all knobs. Controllable by foot switch to achieve like phasing frequencies swells as well. This pedal can go from boost to light overdrive in to heavy distortion and again sound phenomenal !!! Not famous in USA because it was never exported form Japan to USA. Fantastic recording Guitar Pedal. This OD-02 is a versatile overdrive with analog circuitry. Has controls for phase, mix, drive, tone, and level.
