Description

This is an original, non-reissue, Bass Micro-Synthesizer, bought new at some point in the early or mid 2000's by me. It's a pitch-tracking guitar synth with adjustable threshold and slew rate, mixable octave down, octave up, dry and square wave, and a resonant analogue filter with its own envelope. This is the bass version, which I think was actually considered better voiced than the guitar one, but it'll perform just as well (or better) when triggered by a standard guitar. It's been gigged a little bid, and as you'll see it's got plenty of scratches, velcro on the back (one rubber foot remaining for some reason), 4 missing slider caps and 3 snapped off slider tabs.I've decided to list as "good" rather than "fair" as there's enough left of the tabs so they project above the casing: there's no impediment to setting them and there are no sonic or electrical issues; the pedal works absolutely fine. It'll be supplied with the original 24V power supply. I was sorry though not surprised to discover that I've lost the original box.If you've never used a pitch-tracking effect before, this is an analogue example of that technology and you need to work with it a bit. It won't track very low notes or open strings all that reliably and will glitch out from time to time, which you may enjoy. This is hours of fun, and to my ears a very "EHX-esque" kind of a sound. If you like that, and/or analogue-style synth sounds, you'll love this.
