Boss’s first wah pedal, the PW-1 is a chunky late-70s wah-wah, using Hall-effect sensing instead of a mechanical pot, so the sweep is smooth and silent. Three-way Range switch gives you High, Mid, or Low filter voicing, the Width knob lets you narrow or widen the sweep for sharp funk or broad growl. Runs on 2 AA batteries and sounds massive with fuzz or clean tones. Made in Japan and getting harder to find.
