The Fostered Audio mod focuses on re-creating the original "Big Box" RAT circuit. I've gone with a NOS LM301 "Metal Can" Op-Amp for this build; very close to the hallowed LM308 but with a bit more Presence. I have gone through the entire circuit and swapped out any component that differs from the original schematic, no matter how minor. The diodes and transistor have been replaced with period-correct parts. I do not perform any other mods to alter the tone. The result is a compact RAT that is closer to Original "Big Box" RAT specs.I rounded this out with Blue LED and knobs. Have a Rat that stands out from the rest!
