This Vintage Italian Made V846 Wah Wah has been in my collection for 35 years. I just tested and cleaned it, the pot is working well and everything looks to be Original including the 4 Rubber Feet and Screws.This one has the "Trash-Can" inductor and Ducati cap.These are difficult to date precisely as the methodology is somewhat vague. The online info about the serial number dating system dates it to 1973, but i HIGHLY doubt this information is sound. It claims to add the number "57" to the first 2 digits of the serial, but to me, this seems like a ridiculous methodology.I am feeling this pedal is more likely to be from 1969 or 1970.I checked the pot and i do NOT see a date, it is stamped as a 100K pot, but i can not glean any date code.This pedal appears to be a very desirable version of the V846 and includes the Original BAG.This pedal is uncirculated for the past 35 years and is working nicely.Due to USPS regulations this will NOT ship with a battery installed.USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail INSURED is $25.00
