For sale: one used ‘78 MXR Distortion + pedal. No issues, functions perfectly, sounds great. Upgraded to true bypass, bright green LED, and standard 9v barrel-style DC jack; we added an R. G. Keen-designed polarity protection via mosfet. We also installed a switch that increases the bass response and takes off some of the shrill top end through a reversible capacitor mod; the other side of the switch is the stock sound. Shows scuffs, nicks, scratches, tarnish, corrosion, rust, dings, and missing two screws. Pots and jacks cleaned 07/01/2025.Shipping will be via USPS.
