Used, but not velcroed. The guy who sold it to me said the switch had some issues but I haven't had any trouble with on-off at all. I've owned this phaser I think 3 times? For me the cobra mode, which I think of as fixed wah sounds, is just solid gold. It's wider than most fixed actual wah pedals go, and I say that as an 8 string player. Gilamondo sounds great clean and dirty; I always run it in front. Just the pedal, no box or docs.
