This Muff is in great shape. Aside from the mods, I cleaned the pots and jacks with CAIG Deoxit.I personally like the general idea of the Big Muff, but not entirely the execution.I change C1 and C5 to .047uf. I also remove the 1st set of clipping diodes and replace the 2nd set with LEDs.The end result is a pedal that still has overwhelming Muff DNA, but is less, uh, muffled and way more responsive to picking dynamics. You still want mud? Fine, dump the tone control counterclockwise. There is a lot more variety on tap after the mods, though.
