The MXR Thump Bass Preamp is a compact powerhouse designed to enhance your bass tone with rich, warm character and versatile EQ controls. Inspired by the legendary Echoplex Preamp circuitry, the Thump offers a carefully balanced EQ profile that conditions your signal for optimal performance.
Its intuitive interface includes Treble and Bass knobs that cut or boost frequencies at 4 kHz and 40 Hz respectively, while the Mid knob, adjustable via the Frequency control, allows you to target midrange frequencies between 250 Hz and 1 kHz.
