The bigger your delay pedal is, the gooder it is, right? This one is huuuuge, so it must be so gooood... makes sense. Anywho, it is a lot of fun. The goal is to replicate the warm, lo-fi goodness of a real tape delay. The lo-fi knob dulls off the repeats as you wind to the right, and the warble knob adds a some modulation. The best fun to be had, I reckon, is in maxing out the repeats control for some self-oscillation, then using the slider to jank-out the repeats in real time... aw heck, there goes the whole afternoon! This would be a really fun little studio tool, or if you're bold and full of charm, you could really have some fun with it live too.
