Up for sale, a 1985 Boss HF-2 Hi Band Flanger in perfect working order. The HF-2 was created as an alternative to the venerable BF-2 Flanger, with a brighter and cleaner response. With production moving to Taiwan in late 1989, this pedal was produced during the original Japanese-made run. Flanging effects range from mild chorus and vibrato to swooping airplane whooshes, achieved with the Manual, Depth, Rate, and Resonance knobs.
The pink enclosure exhibits light wear around the edges, with clean silkscreen graphics. The original knob set is intact, the "Made in Japan" green foil label is present on the back, and the serial number sticker in the battery compartment dates the pedal to December, 1985.
