Description

Behringer VT911 Overdrive, apparently based on the Chandler Tube Driver. It‘s a weird overdrive that definitely won’t be replacing your tube screamer, but it’s a cool sound for more adventurous players. In good nick, but no box I’m afraid. Here‘s a description from the internet:Based on a hand-selected 12AX7 vacuum tube, the VT911 captures the classic sound which occurs when a tube amp is cranked up - distinct from the heavily-saturated tones produced by most metal and hard rock distortion pedals. Additionally, the Drive, Tone and Level controls allow you to shape your sound to suit your needs, whether you wish to add a slight edge or full-blown crunch. The status LED tells you when the VT911 is active, while a top-quality on/off switch maintains highest signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the VT911 with either a 9 V battery or Behringer's PSU-SB DC power supply (not included).Features/Specifications:Classic tube overdrive pedal based on a hand-selected 12AX7 vacuum tube Get a whole tube amp in a pedal and take off with anything from warm blues overdrive to heavy distortion Dedicated Drive, Tone and Level controls for awesome sound shaping Blue status LED for effect on/off and battery check True hard-wire bypass for ultimate signal integrity High-quality components and exceptionally rugged construction ensure long life
