1982 was the first year of production for the CS9, and this one is in great shape and still has the original bottom plate and the battery door. The date codes for these 80's versions are on the Nichicon caps, so I included a picture of one below. These codes became less straight forward by the late 90's. Sweet, lush chorus similar to the Boss CE-2. On this one I added a control that allows the user to dial in some Leslie style swirl. With the added control turned all the way down (counter clockwise) the pedal is in stock CS9 mode. Turn it up (in the 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock range) to find your sweet spot for the effect.
