This is a used MXR SmartGate. It's been on my board in my home studio since I got it and has barely left the house. Works great. It's not as aggressive as a lot of gates like the Fortin Zuul. It keeps things quiet, but also lets notes ring out when you want them too. You can kind of just set it and forget it and it makes everything sound better. If you're looking for a noise gate to tame the noise, but not clamp your sustain, this pedal will do the trick. This is for the pedal only. There is no box or manuals.
