Description

Welcome to GEARLORD.com on Reverb– For your consideration is a vintage 1978 Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man Echo/Chorus/Vibrato effects pedal.– Perhaps the best analog delay unit ever made, the versatile 5-knob version of the EH Memory Man produces 550ms of wonderfully rich delay.– The Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man is the first pedal to use TWO Panasonic MN3005 bucket brigade device chips. The MN3005 is a highly coveted BBD chip which is revered for its particularly great fidelity.– Aside from a replacement 2-prong cable swapped decades ago, this is a very nice 100% all original example.– This is the very rare original version of the Deluxe Memory Man which was later reissued several times over by EH in the ’90s/’00s. As is this case with most everything in audio, nothing sounds quite like the real thing.
