Up for sale is a 2007 Analogman modified DOD 250 with the Grey Spec "741 Mojo" Mod, on/off status LED and true Bypass. This sounds identical to the grey DOD250's or my Vintage 70s yellow DOD 250 with 741 chip I just sold. For years, I was using this for my Yngwie covers, as it provides the exact grey box sound, without the problems (the grey ones are not true bypass, hence alter your tone when switched off, plus no status LED when pushed on or off). I preferred this over my 1970s vintage DOD250 unit for reasons of the true bypass and solid, non-scratchy sounding pots and obviously the LED status, all while having the identical sound. This pedal was purchased brand new from Analogman back in 2007 and ordered with their Mojo mod directly from them.It has always been used by hand in my home studio and always cared for - hence why it still looks brand new.The below infos directly from Analogman:"741-"mojo" MOD:The most accurate at matching original gray (no surprise there). Tubey and round sounding highs with that low, slightly loose growling low end. Same noise levels as the original. Best DOD250 mod for authentic duplication of the original grey box.FINAL VERDICT:The 741 MOJO mod would be perfect for anybody wanting to clone the original grey pedals EXACTLY at a fraction of the cost of an original. It has that round tubey sweetness and low end "slightly loose" growl of the originals when maxxed out into a Marshall non-master volume head.Josh Klinghoffer got a modded DOD 250 in 2012 for the Red Hot Chili Peppers tour. It went straight on the board and has stayed there since. He uses it with Level on 10, Gain on 0 for a cool dirty clean boost."Pedal is sold as is. All sales are final with no returns or refunds, as I'm selling all of my gear to pay off accumulated debts and loans.Feel free to make your offer as I need my stuff moved. Please also have a look at my other listings.Cheers friends,Chris
