I've had this a long time. I got it used and used it more. Epoxy was used to glue it to pedal board - it is not coming off. I filed a hole in it in the 80s - you can run a 9v wire into it if desired. Original screws and insulator got lost, so there is a slice of wide shrink tubing in its place. Those are the only mods, fixes and workarounds I can see. Works as designed. Great unit!!
