Functions perfectly. Includes all the pigtails that you see here, and the power supply. As you can see on the power block itself, Velcro pulled some of the coloring off of the top side of the box. And I took a silver, sharpie and labeled all of the inputs so it’s easier to see in the dark. Great unit!
