Description

Up for sale is a lightly used Fulltone Soul Bender Fuzz pedal, made in 2012 at the old CA factory. These top notch pedals were built to be solid and reliable. Great take on the classic Tone Bender Mkii circuit, plenty of gnarly high gain fuzz on tap. The three Germanium transistors are unmarked, they look and sound to me like an AC128-type. Pedal has a saturated, bright fuzz and is pretty temperature stable for a Ge fuzz.PLEASE BE AWARE this pedal uses reverse polarity (center positive) power and if you plug in the industry standard 9v adapter your new pedal will be fried and I’d hate to see that happen! Pedal sounds too good to go out like that. Luckily there is a polarity diagram near the power jack, just double check to make sure your supply matches. Ge pedals are commonly thought to sound better with old school carbon zinc batteries anyway, but the option is there. This pedal has a low current draw and a battery will last for a very long time. Pedal tests and sounds great. Very clean cosmetic condition- some light play wear (a small scratch on the side near the volume knob, some dual-lock on back and the typical small paint flakes under the thumb screws). Please see photos for details. All print in excellent shape. Shipping cost includes professional packaging and USPS Priority Shipping with tracking. Local pickup available in the Nashville area if you want to save some cash, message me before you buy. No original box or power supply included (pedal will ship with a 9v battery so you can get rocking right away).
