The nature of a low-gain overdrive like this means minimal compression – great for guitarists who want an extra bit of saturation and bite without sacrificing dynamics.The pedal features true-bypass operation, as well as daisy-chain friendly 9VDC power. Its enclosure is small enough to require offset input and output jacks – so should slot right into your board without too much of a reshuffle needed.The OD-503 is handmade in Portland, Oregon, where Mr Black is based.
