Description

Includes original box and documentationThe Dwarfcraft Devices Wizard of Pitch is a slimmed down version of their Pitchgrinder pedal, albeit with the inclusion of a mix control. However, throughout the course of its creation, the pedal morphed into something remarkably different.  Compared to its predecessor, the Wizard’s bit rate has been increased to 32 bits, while still boasting the same lo-fi sound. There’s also a dedicated speed control that allows the Wizard to behave as a standard pitch shifter when turned counterclockwise, or crossfade between wet and dry signals at higher rates. The pedal also features a Bender toggle switch that engages a doppler effect that conjoins the pitch with the input signal’s decay. The pedal restarts when it reaches the end of its shifting range. Tricking the Wizard becomes the name of the game when the steps toggle is also engaged, snapping to pitches rather than sliding to them. This process is an excellent means of achieving randomized arpeggios.WIZARD OF PITCH FEATURESControl knobs for Pitch, Mix, Modulation Speed, and BoostTwo toggle switches for Step or Bender modulation typesExpression pedal inputMono 1/4"" Audio input and output
