Up for sale, a 1982 Boss CE-2 Chorus effects pedal in perfect working order. The CE-2 was the first compact chorus pedal available from Boss, with a circuit based around the rare MN3007 BBD chip. The controls are straightforward and responsive, with a Rate knob and Depth knob to dial in the classic, lush all-analog effect.Cosmetic wear includes various small chips on the edges of the enclosure, and the original black silkscreen graphics are in great shape. The original knob pair is intact, and the black “Made in Japan” foil label is present on the back. The serial number sticker is inside the battery compartment, dating the pedal to April, 1982.
