Pedal was bought new and lightly used in my smoke free studio. It's in full working order and excellent condition. Comes in generic box. This device actually doesn't require a power supply to function, only to run the LEDs, but I'll go ahead and throw one in. Oddly enough it doesn't matter what polarity the power supply is because, "The supply voltage is internally rectified and stabilized in order to guarantee trouble-free operation." Just bringing that up because I've never seen it before (in a guitar pedal) and none of my friends will find it interesting.
