Electro-Harmonix Pulsar Tremolo pedal. Came to me inoperative when using external power supply but functioned normal when powering via 9v battery. Upon further inspection, I found the 78L09 voltage regulator to be faulty (likely due to using an incorrect power supply) Unfortunately, the fried voltage regulator took out one solder pad as well. The 78L09 voltage regulator was replaced accordingly, see photo. Pedal functions as designed and shows use from normal wear. Surface rust on inside of bottom cover. No external power supply or 9v battery is included. Please reach out with any questions prior to purchase. Thank you for looking.
