This pedal is part of VOX Valvenergy line. It can be used as a standard pedal, a preamp, and if going directly to board, can include cab models. This one models boutique high gain amps, but is surprisingly flexible as this was used in jazz and country settings. Recommend using separate 9v power source as this requires quite a bit of power.
