BE SURE TO CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS1 of 1 MXR Distortion II prototype. I don’t have much information on this one. I know it was initially bought at an estate sale in NY and listed as “Effects Pedal Prototype”. I dug into who may have owned such an item, and it’s possible it was owned by Keith Barr, one of the designers / owners of MXR who died in 2010 and designed the original Distortion II. This is pure speculation though… Takes 18v.
