Description

A Vox Valvenergy Mystic EdgeFor reference, I’ve used this through a Boss Katana II 212 and a Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb at various levels (5w Home - 25w cranked for Gigs) and it works well for both with adjustments. It also been through an about-to-break-up Blues Junior and really rocks Overall, the bright switch adds a lot of upper-frequency harmonics and changes to the gain structure, which can seem harsh (Truer to the early / older Vox Amps), but the analog Treble and Tone Cut circuits help tame this while retaining an AC30ish vibe on a very clean platform.Three output modes allow you to use this as a standard pedal, a line-level preamp, and a direct amp-sim using the built-in analog cabinet simulator.
