You know when you’re selling something and you know you shouldn’t sell it because you’ll never be able to replace it? Yeah- that’s how I feel about this one. These are the greatest overdrives ever. The reissues aren’t the same as the ones that were made in England in the 90s. This is the one. I purchased this pedal in 2002. I don’t know if they all have tape on the battery wires, but that’s how it was when I bought it. The sticker pealed off when I was taking Velcro off the bottom but I kept it and stuck it on the back. Pots will crackle a bit, but that is normal for these vintage blues breakers. Other than that- works perfectly and drips with amazing low gain tone. Buy this before I change my mind and keep it.
