TANTRA is designed as a complementary panel to MANTRA, but is an equally powerfull addition to any other panel. Rhythm, the voltage controlled divider (÷N) and the Pulse Divider vastly expand rhythmic options. A number of utility functions (Mix Pro, Active Pro+, Mixer), an additional pair of slopes (GTS), the middle section of the classic Wave Multipliers, the new Serge VCFX filter and an XFader as an additional output module (for stereo output) cover a lot of ground both in the audio and CV realm.

■ RHYTHM: a gate sequencer that allows to set up 808-style patterns that comprise up to 8 triggers in a 16 step grid using switches.
■ DUAL VCA: a pair of high-end exponential audio VCAs.
■ ÷N: special version of the famous Serge NCOM without the comparator, but with a RESET input. Offers pulse divisions from ÷1 (no division) to ÷31 with voltage control.
■ MIX PRO: DC coupled mixer / processor both for CV and audio.
■ PULSE DIVIDER: offers pulse divisions from ÷2 to ÷8 simultaneously, with RESET option.
■ BIDIRECTIONAL SWITCHES: can be used to either route one input signal to one of two outputs or send (switch between) one of two inputs to one output. Additional FLOP output.
■ ACTIVE PRO+: extended version of the Active Processor, an ultra-precise linear crossfader. Switch turns on a new ring modulation mode.
■ SEQQ: Sequencer / Quantizer offering 3 different modes: 1-channel sequencer (clocked), freestyle: CV controlls active step or semi-free CV determines stage when clock signal is received.
■ GTS: Serge reinvented his famous Serge Dual Universal Slope Generator (DSG), based on a completely new core for ultimate tracking and speed. GTS now provides slopes as fast as 12μs and sawtooth tracking over 6 octaves.
■ MIXER: DC coupled mixer for CV and/or audio signals.
■ WAVE MULTIPLIER: famous middle section of the Wave Multipliers /VCM).
■ VCFX Filter: a new Serge filter designed in 2023 with unique sound.
■ X-Fader (XFAD): an audiophile version of Serge’s equal-power cross fade unit, featuring a balanced output. The exponential VCA offers a unique VCA response and beautiful overdrive.
