The top of the enclosure has the remnants of some sort of very stubborn adhesive that I cannot get off as much as I try, but otherwise it is in great condition aside from a minor scuff or two and cracks in the plastic cover over the voltage selection switch. The power supply works perfectly. IEC and 5 power cables are included.
