Sample & Hold is one of the most powerful elements in a modular synthesizer. From stepped voltages, randomized signals to bit-crushing sample rate effects, its amazing what you can do with a S&H circuit. SH4 packs four seperate sample and hold circuits into just 4HP. That is one sample and hold circuit, per 1 horizontal pitch.

White noise generator is normalled to each of the channels inputs, for easy access to randomness (Just add triggers). You can utilize the white noise as an audio source by driving a hold input with any oscillator or fast LFO.
