Single space version of Q106 voltage controlled oscillator with selectable waveforms and attenuation

The Q206A VCO is a single space version of the classic Q106 Voltage Controlled Oscillator.

The VCO is the foundation of any synthesizer providing the basic waveforms used to construct sounds. With a total range of .05hz to 20kHz+, the Q206A operates as a powerful audio oscillator and a full-featured LFO.

The frequency (pitch) of the oscillator is controlled manually, by voltages from other modules, and by voltages from controllers such as keyboards.

Both linear and standard 1-volt-per-octave exponential voltage inputs are provided.

The Q206A offers a different set of features in the output section than the Q206.
Positive and inverted outputs are provided and waveforms can be selected with a rotary switch. The Q206A provides attenuation of the output, alleviating the need for an additional mixer module in many applications.

A Hard-Sync input allows synchronization between oscillators.
