Resonators/Fixed Modifiers
The input signal is connected via an attenuator to 8 modifier/filter circuits in parallel. With this special modifier/filter selector it is possible to preselect overtone content close to instruments like strings, clavinet, vibes, brass and much more. Is the selector switch in bypass mode, the audio signal is routed directly to the resonators. Multiple output jacks for modifier/filter and resonators at the lower right of the front panel. Each of the three resonators covers a specific frequency range: 60 - 300 Hz (bass vocal range), 300 - 1500 Hz (oboe range) and 1500 - 7500 Hz (piccolo plus). Related to the processed sound, each filter affects overtones.
Experiment with different settings of CF, Reg, Gain and Pass Mode ...
Reg refers to the relative loudness level of overtones closest to the movable cutoff frequency. A special inverter circuit will add or remove overtone content.
